Conference Registration
Each participant in the conference must be registered and the registration fee paid. Please note that ACPR2021 is a hybrid conference with different rates for ONSITE and VIRTUAL participation. One regular (ONSITE or VIRTUAL) registration covers the publication of a maximum of three papers in the conference proceedings. At least one author of each paper must be a regular registration - the student registration only applies for students accompanying an author with a regular registration, or without a paper. If you have more than three papers, you will be contacted by the secretariat separately - please go ahead and register as usual for now. **** If you register as the regular registration for your paper(s), please add your PAPER ID(s) to your BADGE NAME field - thank you! (please add ALL paper IDs, even if there are more than 3). **** If two or more co-authors of the same paper(s) participate in the conference, they must all be registered and the registration fees paid. You do not have to be an author to attend and the registration fee for Regular or Student covers participation in all sessions and conference proceedings. Early bird registration at the prices posted on the webpage are available until October 3rd. However, please note authors of accepted papers need to submit their camera ready paper for inclusion in the electronic conference proceedings until September 30th after which we will check for receipts of regular registrations for each submission - please make sure to send your payment in time! Again, please note that payment of one non-student registration fee is required for a paper to be presented at the conference. If we did not receive a registration together with your camera ready paper, the paper cannot be published in the proceedings. We thank you for your understanding. Finally, please check visa regulations with your embassy if you plan on traveling in from abroad.
