All attendees must register for the conference. Registration (regular and full-time student) includes admission to all sessions, a copy of the proceedings, and all coffee breaks. Regular registration, in addition to the above, includes one ticket for the Tuesday night banquet. Registration through credit card issued in Korea can proceed with Internet Explorer only. If students who wish to attend the banquet, additional ticket can be purchased during the payment process. The menu to purchase the ticket can be found at the bottom of the payment or view status page. Per submitted paper, one of authors MUST finish the early registration. For instance, if you have submitted 3 papers, at least 3 authors MUST register by the early registration period; if not, the paper without author registration will neither be published in IEEE nor be presented in the conference. The FX (Foreign Exchange) rate willbe 1,100KRW to 1 USD. During registration payment process, credit card will be applied to this EX rate in the payment. Cancellation Policy: There will be no refund of registration fees after the final camera-ready manuscripts deadline.
