Registration (regular and full-time student) includes admission to all conferenece sessions, a copy of the conference proceedings, and all coffee breaks. Registration through credit card issued in Korea can proceed with Internet Explorer only. Per submitted paper, one of authors MUST finish the early registration. For instance, if you have submitted 3 papers, at least 3 authors MUST register by the early registration period, if not, the paper without author registration will neither be published in IEEE nor be presented on the poster. The FX (Foreign Exchange) rate will be 1,100KRW to 1 USD. During registration payment process, Korean card will be applied to this EX rate in the payment.
