Dear BCI 2023 participants: This is announcement made on 6th of February 2023. Please check the following in advance. * All travelers wishing to enter the country submit documents such as K-ETA & Q-CODE in advance. The information should be turned in 3 days before entry. It is mandatory, especially K-ETA. Please note that if this is not finished, you will NOT be allowed to get on the plane. * Most travelers do not need a VISA but check if you need one Please note that this event will be held in a hybrid format. * BCI2023 can be joined by Zoom or on-site. (1) Registration One of the authors must register for the presentation. Virtual attendee registration will open. If you do not attend the conference physically, please register as virtual attendee. Early bird registration ends on 11th of February, 2023. >> Go To Register (2) Hotel Reservation Please make the hotel reservation at CLICK (ID & PW: bci2023) >> Choose either HOTEL IN CONVENTION TOWER or MOUNTAIN CONDO on the condominium page. >> If you are coming from overseas, please submit the hotel reservation to the secretariat by the 12th (Sunday). Please find the reservation form(link). (3) Venue The venue will be held on the 5th floor in Grand Convention tower Hotel. Please check out the location at here. If you plan to attend BCI2023, please check out any information about High1 in Korean or High1 in English. (4) FINAL MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION CLICK (5) Preliminary Technical Program It will be updated on the technical program page. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us. (6) To Oral / Spotlight 1&2 presenters * The time listed in the program for each ORAL speaker includes Q&A. ** Further notice will be announced. - Oral presentation : 15 minutes - Spotlight presentation: 3 minutes 1) We do NOT accept the video recording in order to control schedule and quality of presentation so all participants must attend the meeting virtually or physically in the event. If you decide to participate in BCI2023 virtually, you will receive the Zoom url by the 14 Feburary. For spotlight presenters, please refer to (this PPT format). No need to print and prepare a conventional sized poster as we do not provide any poster panels. (7) Direction to High1 Resort & Register @ the reception desk Please check out the direction to High1 resort at https://www.high1.com/www/contents.do?key=944. (Korean) https://www.high1.com/eng/contents.do?key=1539. (English) * For on-site attendees, 3 meals including dinners on the 20th, 21st and 1 lunch on the 21st will be provided. Your badges will be ready at the reception desk for your pickup. Please come by the registration desk to check your name on the attendance sheet and pick up your badge. * For all attendees, Proceedings will be delivered to your e-mail before the event starts. (8) Seasonal Activity (Ski & Snowboard Rental Request) It will be provided. Please check the file attached and send the information to the BCI2023 Secretariat by email. (for on-site attendees only) (9) Receipts, Invoices or Participant’s Certificate Please do send us the information you need for the document.
