Thank you for your participation to 6th International Winter Conference on Brain-Computer Interface (BCI 2018). It is our pleasure to announce you details for your participation, as the final announcement prior to the BCI 2018.

(1) Opening Hours of the Reception Desk
The Lobby of Forest Ballroom(4F)

Jan 15 13:00-18:00
Jan 16 08:30-18:00
Jan 17 08:30-12:00

(2) Direction to High1 Resort & Register @ the Reception Desk
Please do find the following URLs for your information to come to the venue. We will be held in the Forest Ballroom on the 4th floor of the Convention Hotel in High1 Resort. At the reception desk, you will be provided with your name tag, proceeding, other information you may need for the event. Please mention your name at the reception desk.

(3) Hotel Reservation
If you have NOT submitted the reservation form, please do visit the Web Page and fill out the form and return it to BCI2018 Secretariat email.

The hotel reservation will be open until January 5th, 2018 (please do ignore the date in the form).
Hotel bed types are either twin or double and cost 100,000KRW per night. And the cost for the condominium is different for those types in the Attached Hotel Reservation Form. (Check-in @ 3pm, Check-out @ 11am)

(5) To Oral / Poster (Spotlight 1&2) Presenters
The time listed in the program for each oral speaker includes Q&A in five mins.
* You are requested to check your own computer by connecting to the projector in the venue during the break prior to your oral session. Please contact to the reception desk to check.
* Your talk session is shown at Program in BCI 2018 official site

Poster (or Spotlight 1 & 2) presenters will be given 3 minutes for their research work presented on the podium. For the spotlight presentations, please use the Attached Format for the Spotlight Presentation for your presentation either 1 or 2. Also at the reception desk you will also be provided duck tapes and poster number for your poster on the poster panel. The condition with the asterisk (*) above is applied the same to poster presenters.

(6) Ski & Snowboard Rental Request
Please do find the attached and return to BCI2018 Secretariat email until Jan. 5, 2018. After that point, we will not receive any more request. We are given a special rate (70,000KRW, cash only) only during BCI 2018, so the rate after Jan. 17 might vary. Please do check out the attached rental form. (Attached Rental Form in Korean or English)

(7) Receipts, Invoices or Participant’s Certificate
Please do send us the information you need in the paper. The request will be handled until Jan. 24.

(8) Lunch & Banquet
Lunch is not provided but you will be able to get some discount with your name tags so please all times wear your name tags. The restaurants near our session rooms will be advised at the reception desk.

Banquet is from 18:00-20:00 on Jan. 16 (Tuesday) @ Forest Ballroom (4F). It will be prepared next to our session room.

(9) Group Pictures
There will be group pictures scheduled after Tuesday Sessions. Please do not leave the session room and gather in front of the podium to take the group pictures.
