For submitting a paper to BCI 2018, please use ConfDriver via the following:

Step 1. Create new account and log in your account
Step 2. Enter submit new paper page
Step 3. Fill in the Title, Paper Authors and Abstract
Step 4. Select main topic
- Brain Activity Measurement Modality(EEG, ECoG, MEG, NIRS, fMRI)
- BCI Control(Mental Strategy(P300, SSVEP, ERD/ERS), Feature Extraction, Classification, Neurofeedback)
- Applications(Environment Control, Games, Virtual Reality, Clinical Applications (Neurorehabilitation, Neuroprostheses)
Step 5. Upload your paper via Attach new file (Please make sure that the attached file does not contain author names).
Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance.
Conference proceedings that meet IEEE quality review standards may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Conference related communications such as conference website, email, direct mail solicitation, etc. may not reference or guarantee inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Further, conference communications may not reference or guarantee inclusion in any abstracting and indexing (A&I) databases, since inclusion in such databases is determined by independent A&I service providers and cannot be guaranteed by IEEE. Misrepresentation of either is considered a violation of IEEE brand guidelines.
All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and will be indexed by EI.
Double blind review: BCI 2018 uses double-blind review process. Please DO NOT MENTION YOUR NAME ON THE SUBMITTED PDF. Non-anonymous PDF submissions will be returned for correction.
