Dear BCI 2024 participants:
The announcement added some information (see No. 12 below) on Jan. 19, and (see No. 9) on Feb. 8. Please check out the following information:
Please note that this event will be held in a hybrid format, with either Zoom or on-site.
(1) Registration
One of the authors must register for the presentation.
Early bird registration ends on January 31, 2024.

(2) Hotel Reservation
Please make the hotel reservation at CLICK
(ID & PW: bci2024)
>> Choose: 1) HOTEL IN CONVENTION TOWER; 2) MOUNTAIN CONDO for 35 or 50 types; and 3) MOUNTAIN PLUS for 60 types.
>> If you are coming from overseas, please submit the hotel reservation to the secretariat by the 12th (Sunday).

(3) Venue
The venue will be held on the 5th floor of the Grand Convention Tower Hotel.

(6) To Oral presenters:
* Please refer to your presentation time, including the Q&A listed on the program page.
** Further notice will be announced.
- Oral presentation : 20 minutes, including 5 minutes of Q&A
- We do NOT accept video recording in order to control the schedule and quality of the presentation,
so all participants must attend the meeting virtually or physically at the event.
If you decide to participate in BCI2024 remotely, you will receive the Zoom URL by February 15, 2024.
(7) To Poster presenters:
* Please refer to your presentation time, including the Q&A listed on the program page.
** Further notice will be announced.
- Please refer to the guidelines according to the A0 (841*1189mm) ratio.
- Please print out the poster (A0: 841*1189mm) and bring it before the session starts, as there will be poster panels this year.
- The poster should be put up on the panels before the session starts on Monday. It should continue until 12 p.m. on Wednesday.
- Setting location: Lobby on the 5F
- Poster number: given in the conference proceeding

* For on-site attendees,
4 meals including dinners on the 26th and 27th, and 2 lunches on the 27th and 28th, will be provided.
Your badges will be ready at the reception desk for your pickup. Please come by the registration desk to check your name on the attendance sheet and pick up your badge.
* For all attendees,
Pre-conference proceedings will be provided.
(9) Seasonal Activity (Ski & Snowboard Rental Request)
It will be provided.

(10) Receipts, Invoices, or Participant’s certificates
Please send us the information you need for the document. The request will be handled only after the event, until March 15, 2024.
